Synopsis

  • Book Two of the Stacy Justice Series has more magic, more mystery and more twists and turns than your average amusement park.

    A long-lost sister.
    A missing mother.
    And murder.

Shortly after the death of her father, Stacy Justice lost
    her mother.

She's been looking for her ever since.

Now, fourteen years later a teenager named Ivy shows up on
her doorstep claiming to be Stacy's sister and that the mother they share is in
danger. The only hint is a note left behind, scribbled in haste, instructing Ivy
to find Stacy. To make matters worse, Ivy insists that Stacy's grandmother,
Birdie, can't know a thing about it.

Leery of the girl's story, but eager to get to the bottom of
it and reunite with her mother, Stacy decides to sneak into the inn her grandmother
owns to steal the Blessed Book of her ancestry. There, she is certain, she'll
find the key to unlock the mystery of this young girl whose red hair is
    strikingly similar to Stacy's.

But the book is missing and the dead guy in the kitchen just
mucked up all of her plans. What's worse is that Birdie was the last one to see
him alive. And Birdie is hiding a very dark secret.

Now, Stacy's dealing with the possibility of a long-lost
sister, a mother who is being hunted, a grandmother suspected of foul play and
a houseful of ornery guests participating in a murder-mystery weekend.

Then, Stacy uncovers a message written in an ancient
language that changes everything. Now, she has no choice but to embrace her
role as The Seeker of Justice and protect the very thing that chased her mother
away. Because the fate of the entire Geraghty clan rests in her hands. And if
she fails, she risks all of their lives.
