A review of Francis Plug - How To Be A Public Author

The writer has invented an outrageous fictional character, Francis Plug, whose favourite occupation is collecting signatures from famous authors and attending their book signing events. He is an aspiring writer himself working on a self-help guide giving advice to writers about these public performances.
Unfortunately after pre-drinks in the pub, Francis tends to help himself to the free drinks on offer at the events, gets drunk and creates chaos wherever he goes. His encounters with the authors and audiences are hilarious. A very funny book.
